Automatic filter cleaning

The Rotojet system proposed by Italyvacuum undoubtedly represents the most advanced cartridge filter cleaning system existing on the market and is particularly recommended for large filtering surfaces and for specifically difficult dust types.

The system is connected to a continuously-pressurized air tank and the discharge is activated by a particular quick discharge valve. The resulting counter-current air flow manages to enter the deepest points of the filter folds, shaking it vigorously and allowing the fall of the inherent dust, thus optimizing the quality of cleaning.

Thanks to a powerful air jet through the upper entrance of its aluminum structure, it allows the mobile plate to hermetically close the filter, blocking the flow of dust so that all the power of the air jet generated inside is 100% exploited without any dispersion. A series of holes made on the rotating structure allows the air to escape in a controlled manner along the entire height of the filter thus obtaining double effect cleaning: both along the entire vertical axis and also along the entire perimeter at 360° with the same power and intensity.

In order to allow further customization of filter cleaning according to the needs of the end customer, Rotojet is a fully programmable system both manual and automatic, for the duration of the air jet and the frequency of the washing cycles.

The Fastjet system allows the cleaning of the cartridge filter through a system designed by Italyvacuum technicians which, by developing some technological innovations, differs from the others on the market.

It makes use of most of the powerful air jet generated inside the cartridge filter so that the air arrives the farthest and hardest-to-reach areas.
