Touch screen system

The research and development department of Italyvacuum has developed a sophisticated electronic system without equal on the world market for reading the data generated by the vacuum cleaner. Thanks to special sensors and dedicated management software, it allows the user to permanently monitor its performance and the degree of dirt in the filtering system.

The result of the sophisticated processing of the software is made easily readable even from a distance thanks to an intuitive high-resolution graphic which, on the basis of a color scale, signals in the simplest possible way, the state of clogging of the suction apparatus.

Unlike all the systems on the market where low-cost LEDs or even anachronistic analog hands are used, this graphic is supported by a large 7-inch display ( 155 mm – 6”  x 87 mm – 3” )with advanced touch screen technology that makes it unique and easy to interpret the operating status of the system with the advantage that anyone, even without experience, can easily keep an entire suction system under control.

In addition to the task of constantly monitoring the proper functioning of the filtering system, which the Touch screen technology has, allows with the simple touch of a finger (thus avoiding the usual cumbersome switches or selectors) to activate all the basic functions such as; switching on and off the vacuum cleaner, switching on and off the vacuum cleaner along with the connected machine tool simultaneously, semi-automatic or fully automatic filter cleaning, monitoring of system working hours, etc. In a nutshell, it is a real "on-board computer" which helps the operator in charge and facilitates his daily work.

The advantages of the system are therefore many:

1) Reading scale divided into 4 macro zones of different colors in order to define the filter status as clearly and as accurately as possible
2) Constant reading of the measurement data in real time and direct control of the correct functioning of the filter even  from a distance
3) Possibility of positioning the large 7-inch display where the buyer requests it both frontally and laterally (for example, towards the machine to which it is connected in order to make it visible to the operator in any position). The height is also adjustable.
4) Possibility of extracting it from the fixed support making it mobile so that the operator can use it remotely from another location
5) Complete customization of the system based on the different engines, types of filters and the different applications and uses of customers, thanks to the programmable reading values, each customer's data is pre-entered into the software directly by the manufacturer
6) Programmable aspirator functions both in automatic and semi-automatic form
7) No wiring or components inside the filter chamber – the whole system is positioned externally, which makes it easily controllable and accessible in case of need
8) Total elimination of possible problems that could arise over time by the passage of chips, dust, swarf shavings on the control cables
9) Preventive scheduling of maintenance and optimization of expenses based on counting of working hours stored in the internal database
10) No experience required of the operator thanks to the extreme ease of use of the system
11) High resolution “touch screen” display suitable for industrial environments
12) Automatic self reset routine
13) Internal memory to avoid loss of stored data
14) All hardware components are available on the market, thus giving the buyer complete autonomy in the event of any breakage without the necessity to depend on the manufacturer of the extraction unit
