Medium-sized model of the Fume Extractor Division

A large cyclonic chamber with a capacity of 125 liters (33 gallons) is among the main features of this model.
Expressly designed for the suction of fumes / vapors / gases coming from various processing operations such as welding, milling, washing of mechanical parts, laser cutting, plasma, it finds its application in various industrial environments.

The unit consists of three containers: the upper one is dedicated to housing the filters and motors, while the central one is dedicated to the cyclonic process and filtration of contaminating elements (125 L / 33 gallons), and the lower one, equipped with a lever for its opening, is dedicated to the collection of impurities that can be sucked during the various operations. A comfortable and ergonomic handle on the front allows easy positioning thanks to the supplied wheels.

An accurate design of the powerful integrated cyclonic system ensures that the fumes follow inside the filtration chamber an obligatory and optimized path in order to achieve the maximum reduction of contaminating components.

The Powersmoke model is particularly suitable for all processes where a precise extraction of the generated fumes is required and where spaces are limited.

In the basic version it is possible to install up to 3 powerful motors that can work alternately or simultaneously, thus having a modulated power according to the pollutant to be dispersed.
POWERSMOKE is equipped with a series of high filtration filters with nanofiber and “flame retardant” technologies that represent the most advanced technological state on the market and ensure maximum performance in any situation.

Among its accessories we can also find activated carbon filters if required to eliminate bad odors that remain inside the building or a remote control for switching on and off exclusively during its use connected in parallel to any machinery in order to optimize consumption.
