Universal Smoke

UNIVERSAL SMOKE Medium-sized model from the Fume Extractors division. 

Thanks to its extreme configuration flexibility, it can also be used for collecting chips and dust thanks to its 110 Lt (30 gallon) container. 

Specifically designed for the suction of fumes / vapors / gases from various processing operations such as: welding, milling, mechanical parts washing, laser cutting, plasma; it is used in various industrial environments. 

The unit consists of two containers, the upper one for housing filters and motors, and the lower one (equipped with a lever mechanism for extraction) dedicated to collecting impurities that may be sucked in during various operations.

A convenient and ergonomic handle allows easy removal thanks to the provided wheels. A carefully designed integrated powerful cyclonic system ensures that fumes follow a forced and optimized path within the filtering chamber to achieve maximum reduction of contaminant components. 

The innovative and elegant anti-tip design of its robust trolley with non-marking wheels allows full extension of its articulated arm even horizontally, enabling the capture of fumes from long distances and hard-to-reach positions. 

(N.B. – there is also a version where, instead of the articulated arm with collection hood, a simple spiral tube can be used) 

Thanks to its omnidirectional articulated arm (100mm/4" diameter in the base configuration and 3 meters (9.84 ft) long in the standard model), it allows the direct capture of fumes at the source before they disperse into the air and contaminate the surrounding area, thus preserving the operator's health. Its height on the central unit has also been studied to make the operator’s work as simple and fast as possible. 

Universal Smoke is also available with a dual suction arm to optimize space and costs and is also equipped with high-efficiency filters with nanofiber and flame-retardant technologies representing the most advanced technological state on the market, ensuring maximum performance in any situation. 

Among its accessories are activated carbon filters, if needed, to eliminate unpleasant odors persisting inside the facility, or a remote control for switching on and off only during use, to optimize energy consumption.
