UNISMOKE 48 – Preeminent model of the fumes division

Expressly designed for the extraction of fumes / vapors / gases from the most varied manufacturing processes such as: welding, milling, washing of mechanical parts, laser cutting, plasma cutting, it is used in various industrial environments.

The unit consists of two containers, the upper one dedicated to housing the filters and motors while the lower one (equipped with a lever mechanism for its extraction) is dedicated to the collection of impurities that can be suctioned during the various processes; a comfortable and ergonomic handle then allows easy extraction thanks to the wheels that come with it.

An accurate design of the powerful integrated cyclonic system ensures that the fumes follow a fixed and optimized path inside the filtering chamber in order to achieve the maximum reduction of the contaminating components.

The innovative and elegant anti-tip design of its robust trolley equipped with non-marking wheels allows the total extension of its articulated arm up to its maximum length even horizontally, allowing the capture of fumes at great distances and even in positions difficult to access. ( Note:  there is also the version without the arm )

Thanks to its omni-directional articulated arm (diameter 100 mm with a length of 3 meters in the standard model) it allows the extraction of fumes directly at the source before they are dispersed into the air and manage to contaminate the surrounding area, thus preserving the health of the assigned operator. Even its positioning height on the central unit has been studied in order to make the operator's work as simple and as fast as possible.

Unismoke 48 is also available with a double collection arm in order to optimize space and costs and is also equipped with high filtration power filters with nano-fiber and "flame retardant" technologies which represent the most advanced technological state on the market and ensure maximum yield in any situation.

Among its accessories we can also install activated carbon filters in case they are required to eliminate bad smells that remain inside the building, or a remote control for switching on and off exclusively during its use in order to optimize consumption.
