The Customized Chips and Dust Aspirators are products specifically designed basing on the real needs of the customer. As "Customized" products, these are in fact the systems with the highest technological content, where Italyvacuum can express all its potential and in which it contains all its innovations, the result of years of experience in the field.

The extreme production and engineering flexibility of Italyvacuum allows it to adapt to any type of sector and problem with absolutely cutting-edge solutions.

All the functions can be managed in the traditional way or through the TCS – “Touch control station” (Human Machine Interface), a control panel with advanced “touch screen” technology and a powerful management software which, through icons and acoustic signals, allows the use even by newbies in the sector, making any operation extremely easy and intuitive.

The systems designed for the division of chips and dust are normally supplied with a rotary valve (24h) in order to be able to work continuously and used for the suction of large quantities of materials or for collection from different points within a factory.

They have powers that vary according to different needs and are sized on the basis of various parameters to be verified at the installation site, while the discharge of the suctioned material can take place on Big Bags or on tilting containers of different capacities.

They can consist of various power units interconnected to each other or of a single large vacuum cleaner which, depending on the quantity and granulometry of the material to be vacuumed, can be equipped with cyclones in a variety of shapes and sizes.
