Our series of cartridge dust collectors is designed to offer a highly efficient solution for managing chips, dust, and other types of contaminants resulting from various processes. Equipped with a robust mechanical structure and state-of-the-art technology, they offer long-lasting performance and are suitable for all situations where effective contaminant control is required, regardless of their nature, such as dust, chips, fumes, etc.


System Modularity
The range features a modular design that allows for easy expansion and adaptation to increasing production needs. The modular system permits adding or removing of filter units with ease, thus improving the flexibility of the installation.
Filter Cleaning Technology To maintain maximum filtration efficiency, our dust collectors can be equipped with an automatic compressed air cleaning system (pulse jet or rotojet technology cleaning). This system uses high-pressure air pulses to remove accumulated dust or chips from the filter media, ensuring continuous filter regeneration. The air jet cleaning can be fully automatic and can be synchronized to maintain a constant airflow and minimize load losses, thereby improving the energy efficiency of the entire system. This feature significantly reduces downtime for maintenance and filter replacement, optimizing productivity and operational efficiency.
