The TORNEX model is the latest evolution in the Italyvacuum range dedicated to the intensive removal of chips and dust in environments where the presence of particulate matter is high. The machine offers unique performance thanks to a powerful cyclonic system that separates heavy material by gravity, conveying it into the lower container, while the lighter part is retained by the polyester bag filter located in the upper section.

Aware that dust can quickly clog the filter and reduce suction capacity, Italyvacuum engineers have designed an innovative compressed-air cleaning system that rotates around the filter, blowing air through small holes that increase the cleaning capacity.

The powerful jet evenly strikes the entire lateral and upper filtering surface, thus preserving its efficiency and durability.

Cleaning can be:
• manual
• semi-automatic
• completely automatic, even continuous, if connected to a dedicated air source.

The collection container can be made of metal and equipped with PVC bags inside or only with PVC bags for simplified waste management.
